Task:
Thomas is 2years 3months old. He has Downs’s syndrome and has suffered from recurrent ear infections. He had grommets inserted about 6 months ago and his parents report that his hearing and speech have improved a great deal. He has come to see you with his mother Susan. Please assess Thomas’s speech and language skills
