Dear Paul can you answer these qs related to medical laws from recent MRCOG 2 exam for me.
1. A 14 years old girl undergoing ERCP
what law said about consent in this case
2. If doctor declares a need for emergency caesarean , husband agreed but patient refusing for C/s knowing it would endanger the baby
what to do in this scenario?
