Q 12 Module 39( cause of death): A 23 y old woman with severe pre-eclampsia has had an emergency CS at 32/40 gestation because of IUGR . She became hypotesive and tachycardic and was returned to theater where 2 L blood was evacuated from abdo and hysterectomy was performed.3 days later she developed sudden onset severe chest pain and breathlessness and died despite resuscitation.

explanation is : sudden onset chest pain following major surgery in pregnancy = PE until proven otherwise. I am confused what is the correct answer?
