3.THERE IS EVIDENCE OF PROLONGED INTRAPARTUM ASPHYXIA

4.OTHER CAUSES HAVE BEEN EXCLUDED BY COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY OR MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING ?

:: (1) is an essential criteria and must be met
(2) is a reverse essential criteria (ie events explained by intrapartum events must mean that events outside of labour are excluded)
(3) is an additional criteria not an essential criteria - so does it have to be true?
(4) is an additional criteria; again if the essential criteria are met ; then this does not have to be true..
