re cerebral palsy question

re cerebral palsy question Posted by qwer Q.
CEREBRAL PALSY MAY ONLY BE ATTRIBUTED TO INTRAPARTUM EVENTS IF

1.NEONATE EXHIBITS SIGNS OF MODERATE OR SEVERE ISCHEMIC ENCEPHALOPATHY WEITH HYPOXIC INJURY TO OTHER ORGANS TRU

2. THE NEUROLOGICAL CONDITION CAN ONLY BE EXPLAINED BY INTRAPARTUM EVENTS TRU

3.THERE IS EVIDENCE OF PROLONGED INTRAPARTUM ASPHYXIA
?
4.OTHER CAUSES HAVE BEEN EXCLUDED BY COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY OR MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING ?

Please see NOTES > EPIDEMIOLOGY & NEONATOLOGY > BIRTH INJURY

But I am not clear...

:: (1) is an essential criteria and must be met
(2) is a reverse essential criteria (ie events explained by intrapartum events must mean that events outside of labour are excluded)

(3) is an additional criteria not an essential criteria - so does it have to be true?

(4) is an additional criteria; again if the essential criteria are met ; then this does not have to be true..

Also question on trophoblastic disease
\'Tissue karyotype is characteristically 46XX\'
this must be false;as it can also be 69 ...
or is it true because it is a characteristic of a complete mole;
