Dear Dr.Paul,
In the essay on DUB,I mentioned DMPA as a treatment option which you said was unacceptable. The NICE guideline on initial management of menorrhagia says LONG ACTING PROGESTOGENS is an option for women desiring contraaception. I am unable 2 follow what progestogen it refers to? Please help.THX,neera
