Sir please clear my doubt ,even for instrumental vaginal delivery there should adequate uterine contraction ,oxytocin infusion dose should not be checked.
In the RCOG guide line it has given that in view of the reduction of maternal pelvic floor injuries ,the vacuum extractor has been advocated as the instrument of first choice.
Notes on APH it is written that LMWH is recomended for thromboprophylaxis in placenta previa ,but RCOG guide lines states that un fractionated heparin should be consider if thromboprophylaxis is considerd in high risk woman .
