Thank you very much for correcting my reply to the essay on counselling on IUGR and c.s.But i am left confusedregarding the allotment of marks in certain areas like taking informed consent ,involvement of a senior obstertrician to do the c.s,management of neonatal complications like use of surfactant in RDS,regarding use of artificial feeds or expressed breat milk.I was thinking that it would be appropriate to write these points if the question was \'justify your management\' rather than \'how do you counsel\'.
I hope you will clear my doubts at the earliest.
