There is a question 34 yrs old with painful vaginal bleeding and fetal bradycardia. Decision for section has been taken. Justify your management.
Could you please tell whether we have to justify the decision for the section which has already been taken or should we write about the management once the decision has been taken i.e. taking bloods, informing consultant anaesthetist, haematologist etc.
Or should we write both i.e. first justify for the decision of section and then go on to mention the things that i would do and why i would do them
