Dear Dr: Paul,
I have some doubts to be cleared regarding the answer to the my previous question that you have performed a laparotomy on a 60 year old womanand found an inoperable adenocarcinoma of the right ovary. justify your management.
Can I add to the answer about referral to gynae oncologist if not done and also about any interval debulking at a later period after chaemotherapy if the condition permits as well as palliative surgery if symptoms of bowel obstruction and pallitive chaemotherapy.
