Past Questions Tutorials for the January 2026 MRCOG II exam will start on 13/10/2025. All sessions will be from 19:00 UK time unless otherwise stated. The sessions will last about 60 minutes and will focus on recall questions from recent exams + exam technique.

Mon 22/12 – Medical disorders / MRCOG II 2025 – we will go through what we know of the 2025 exams but you should have encountered all the topics in the previous sessions.

The MRCOG II exam has evolved significantly over the last 2 years. As a consequence, we have undertaken a major revision of our database. We have deleted every question written before 2020 unless the question is based on MRCOG exam recall. We have therefore deleted over 1,000 questions which we consider no longer appropriate.

We have extensive feedback from 2025 MRCOG exams and have written a large number of new questions. We will continue to update the database as we review in-coming feedback.

For the tutorials, we will focus exclusively on questions from 2020-2025, with a greater focus on the last 2-3 years.
