Question

A healthy 23 year old woman attends the assessment unit at 10 weeks gestation in her first pregnancy. She complains of 4 weeks of nausea and vomiting 2-3 times a day. There are no other symptoms. She is able to drink and eat small amounts of food. P = 92/min, BP = 123/67, T = 36.9C. Her abdomen is soft and non-tender. Urine analysis is normal.
