Dear Paul, Kindly explain regarding the following question : Options for Questions 18-18 A Every 4 weeks B Every 2 weeks C At 16, 28 and 32 weeks D Every week E Every 3-6 weeks depending on paternal Rhesus status Explanation Question 18 A 34 year old woman books for antenatal care at 8 weeks gestation in her third pregnancy. Tests show that her blood group is AB Rhesus negative with positive anti-D antibodies. Red cell antibody titres should be repeated Why is the answer B ie every 2 weeks. Greentop guideline says that if red cell antibody is detected, it needs to be repeated every 4 weeks until 28 weeks and 2-weekly then after. Thanks
