Dear Paul,
Kindly advise regarding the following question:
Option for question 14-14

Which one is indicative of high ovarian response to gonadotrophin stimulation?
Answer given is B (AMH level of 2.8 pmol/L)
However, explanation stated that :

The following can be used to predict the likely ovarian response to gonadotrophin stimulation in IVF:

Total antral follicle count measured by TV scan on day 3 of cycle ≤4 for a low responseand > 16 for a high response

Anti-Müllerian hormone of ≤5.4 pmol/l for a low response and ≥25.0 pmol/l for a high response

FSH > 8.9 IU/l for a low response and< 4 IU/l for a high response
Going through the above answers, there is no best fitted answer for the question. Please advice.
