 Hi Ashwini, 

U can argue then why not last option--continue HAART & avoid operative vaginal delivery. So instead of picking avoiding FBS, scalp electrodes & operative vaginal delivery --first option is most suitable as viral load is undetectable & it follows the same guideline as uninfected labor.
