Dear Paul, This EMQ Appeared in the exam ,and has been confusing.Could ypu please help with answer. Para2,Rh neg at 12wks,investigations show anti D level 4iu.She had a termination of preg 4months early.Husband Rh negative.Despite your tactful explanation she remains concerned. Further management( closest options) Monitor anti body level after 4wks Or. Fetal genotype by cffDNA.
