Dear Paul, Should previous VTE after air travel of less than 4 hours considered as an unprovoked VTE or a VTE with a transient minor risk factor? This makes a difference to LMWH given antenatally or not. It is mentioned in RCOG guidelines that air travel more than 4 hours is a transient factor. Thanks!
