Dear Dr Paul- Please ans two queries
1. LMWH has been shown to reduce the risk of VTE in surgical patients by -
?? 60-70% ( your notes mentions)
?? 10 % ( MCQ ans says)
which one is correct
2. 34 year female, previous DVT 3 weeks after vaginal delievery, no other risk factors
?? needs both antenatal and postnatal thromboprophylaxis os only postnatal
