hello , I am confused as you asked about expectent managment in ectopic pregnancy question ,
if we see recent guideline 2013 ectopic pregnancy ,it is not being mentioned about expectant management .
Moreover green top guideline is taken back .
can you please guide me should we still say there is expectent management .
In addittion recent CMECH VTE became third direct common cause for maternal mortality ,while i was doing MCQ still shows previous listing .
