Thanks - I am not sure what you want me to clarify. However, your logic seems incorrect: POF and menopause are not the same thing. If you are implying that we should test for fragile X premutations in menopausal women then the answer is NO. If you are asking about women with POF then it is as stated in your text.

Dear Paul,
Should previous VTE after air travel of less than 4 hours considered as an unprovoked VTE or a VTE with a transient minor risk factor? This makes a difference to LMWH given antenatally or not. It is mentioned in RCOG guidelines that air travel more than 4 hours is a transient factor.
