Dear Paul,the answer for prevention of VTE in women planning air travel mentions use of aspirin as alternative to LMWH though the recent scientific impact paper mentions that aspirin alone is not recommended as VTE prophylaxis .I think the answer needs updating ,if I am wrong can you clarify this please. S.G
