 Does use of COCP before normalisation of hcg increases the need for chemotherapy?

Dear Paul,

In the EMQ section for APH, one of the questions recommends that patients should have an elective delivery at 37 weeks, which is contrary to the APH RCOG guideline that recommends in stable patients they should have an elective CS at 38-39 wks to reduce neonatal morbidity.
