Dear Paul 

AN steroids are not contraindicated in systemic infection( use with caution according to greentop RCOG). not contraindicated in suspected chorioamionintis( but shouldn't delay delivery) and not contraindicated in Dm( Sliding scale might be necessary) 

In the mcq explaination these situations are considered contraindication for steroids.

Would you clarify please?
