Good morning!
It is said
(1) In investigations of IUFD to do Kleihaur test for each lady to detect feto-maternal hemorrhage. And then
(2) Anti D should be given. And
(3) after 48 hours Kleihaur should be repeated.
Which is confusing. My question is:
Do we need to give anti D to every lady regardless of Rh status. If NO then why do we repeat Kleihaur for all.
Thank you in considering reply, I am confused and have not found reply anywhere.
