here is a doubt in your answer given in the emq set of antepartum bleeding
a patient presenting with major placenta previa and vaginal bleeding at 28weeks,pulse ,BP are stable,with contractions 3 in 10 min,
what should be the appropriate management?
answer given is expectant management,what about tocolysis,its given in the guidelines that tocolysis can be given in selected cases,please clarify.
