persistenly high Bhcg or even malignant disease is UKMEC 1 for COC,POP, and implanon . I was under the impression that hormonal contraception COc should not be used as it can delay the fall in Bhcg and POP can cause irregular bleeding and confuse the picture as bleed resulting from disease and these should not be advised to women till follow up is complete and Bhcg falls to normal.Any explanation olease?
