Impotence means erectile dysfunction. Most of these patient present to clinic for infertilty investigation so i assume they could have sex but just azoospermic. IS that not?

Hypogonadism is a cause of erectile dysfunction. others are radiation, drugs, neurological disorders, kidney failure, aging and smoking. So klinefelters can present with impotence even if not all of them has the problem.
