+ A consultant Dr doing TAH+BSO in a destrict hospital without complication, there is no 24 hr resident in that hospital... what is most apropriate action :

`the consultant should stop doing operations
`inform ethical committee

is this a clinical neglicance ?? or ethical issu please ?
