I know u asked Dr Paul, but adding the answer so that if I\'m wrong would be corrected.
Assessment means history, examination and investigations (as directed by the history and examination.)
Management is assessment + treatment.

That\'s indeed what I have been told. Mind you though that sometimes there is a question where A. concerns history and examintion and than the B.-part will as you how you would manage this patient. Obviously in your B.- answer you\'re not going to elaborate on the history and examination anymore....
