PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURITY MEASURES

All the data we collect from you is protected against unauthorised access using our encryption algorithms and Cisco PIX Firewall Technology.

Since this site requires and provides sensitive information we have gone to great lengths to provide a secure environment. This site uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to prevent online transactions from being intercepted. This helps to insure that your information is confidential and protected. Connecting to our members only and registration sections automatically establishes a secure connection with our server.

You will also notice that the address of the server that you have connected to does not contain the standard "http://". This will be replaced with "https://" once a secure connection has been established.

When secure connections are made, you will notice a closed padlock or complete key in the status bar of your browser. Please note that you must use a browser that supports SSL 1.0, SSL 2.0, and SSL 3.0. Some older browsers do not support SSL technologies or these protocols. However, you may download many browsers for free from various sites and great measures have been taken to insure that this system is compliant with most web browsers.

So relax! Every effort has been taken to make this a safe experience for you.

PAYMENT SECURITY MEASURES

As security is of paramount importance to our clients, every aspect of our payment system has been developed with this in mind, ensuring that all sensitive information is protected throughout the payment process. We use digital signatures to verify the identities of the various computers involved in the transaction process. Communications within the system are encrypted using 2048-bit RSA encryption. And every transaction that we process is monitored by a fraud control system.

RESILIENCE AND RELIABILITY

Resilience and reliability are very important features of an e-payment network; we take care to ensure that our network is as reliable as possible. Our payment gateways are hosted at physically secure locations, and are protected by managed firewalls. In order to ensure continuity of service, we use different telecommunications providers to connect the gateways with our central processing systems.

Each payment gateway is in continual communication with our central processing systems, and transactions are immediately backed up in a secure, encrypted format. In the rare (but possible) event of a failure of one of the gateways (such as a communications line failure), there would be no loss of service, as all of the other gateways would still be available. Any transactions previously processed would be securely backed up elsewhere.

SCALABLE NETWORK ARCHITECTURE

Our payment network's architecture is scalable, which means Busy SpR Ltd. is not tied to using a single payment gateway (as they are on other payment networks). Every transaction that passes through our system chooses the fastest route for processing, so if a particular payment gateway is becoming increasingly loaded, the transaction is re-routed to another gateway. So, as our e-transactions grow in number, our payment network can handle the increase without any degradation in performance.
